Domain Buyers Buyers who submit an offer on a domain name listed within the marketplace are legally bound to that offer and must complete the sale if the seller decides to accept your offer. In the event a buyer refuses to complete the sale or if the seller has accepted your offer, the seller has a legal right to settle this matter in a court of law. In this case, because both parties entered a deal contractually the buyer and seller information will be given to each party. Failure to complete the sale once your offer is accepted will result in your account being terminated. Domain Sellers The ShowcaseManager.com marketplace provides a solid platform for buying and selling domain names in a secure marketplace. As a seller you enter into a binding agreement when you agree to list your domains for sale on ShowcaseManager.com. If you accept an offer on your domain you must complete the transaction. All sellers are responsible for completing a transaction once the offer is accepted. By accpeting the agreed upon offer you must complete the sale by transferring the domain to the buyer once payment has been confirmed. In the event a seller refuses to complete the sale or if the buyer has accepted your offer, the buyer has a legal right to settle this matter in a court of law.
