Domain Buyers
Buyers who submit an offer on a domain name listed within the marketplace are legally bound to that offer and must complete the sale if the seller decides to accept your offer. In the event a buyer refuses to complete the sale or if the seller has accepted your offer, the seller has a legal right to settle this matter in a court of law. In this case, because both parties entered a deal contractually the buyer and seller information will be given to each party. Failure to complete the sale once your offer is accepted will result in your account being terminated.
Domain Sellers
The ShowcaseManager.com marketplace provides a solid platform for buying and selling domain names in a secure marketplace. As a seller you enter into a binding agreement when you agree to list your domains for sale on ShowcaseManager.com. If you accept an offer on your domain you must complete the transaction. All sellers are responsible for completing a transaction once the offer is accepted. By accepting the agreed upon offer you must complete the sale by transferring the domain to the buyer once payment has been confirmed. In the event a seller refuses to complete the sale or if the buyer has accepted your offer, the buyer has a legal right to settle this matter in a court of law. All transactions on ShowcaseManager's Marketplace are between the buyer and seller. ShowcaseManager.com cannot get involved in unresolved disputes. We can facilitate the exchange of information between the buyer and seller to resolve the disputed matter however we cannot become involved further. We work hard to maintain a trusted and reliable and create a professional business platform. All matters that remain unresolved may be resolved should either the buyer or seller choose to in a court of law.
Escrow
ShowcaseManager provides a secure internal escrow system that completely secures the exchange of funds during the process and purchase of a domain name. When the seller accepts an offer the buyer will then fund his account by completing a purchase with ShowcaseManager.com for the total price of the domain. The funds are held securely in Escrow with ShowcaseManager until the buyer confirms the domain was received and in their control. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the domain the funds are transferred to the sellers account and available for withdrawal.
Trademarks
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that offered domain names do not infringe on third-party trademarks.
